Joint Workshop Highlights Emerging Research at the Intersection of Sustainability, Mobility, and Health

Students, faculty, and researchers from Georgia Tech and Kennesaw State University (KSU) gathered on April 8 for a joint workshop between the Institute's NSF Sustainable Development of Smart Medical Devices program and KSU's Mobility for Everyone Center. The full-day event was co‑led by W. Hong Yeo, Peterson Professor in Pediatric Research in the Woodruff School; Research Engineer II Karam Kim; and Ayse Tekes, associate professor in mechanical engineering at KSU.
