Why are you passionate about WoW?

Throughout my career I have been blessed to have great mentors who have guided, supported and helped me grow into a person I am today. I am a true believer that women in general benefit from collaboration more than competition. WoW’s foundational goal of supporting women in engineering will allow us  to help build a more inclusive and equitable culture in the Woodruff School.
