Windows 7 / Windows Vista

  1. Click on the start button (orb).
     
  2. Type "cmd in the search bar.
     
  3. Right click on the cmd icon under the list of programs.
     
  4. Click on "Run as administrator"
     
  5. Click on "Continue" if User Account Control prompts you.

     
  6. In the black window that appears, type in "ipconfig/all" and press enter.
     
  7. Scroll up through the information and look for the heading "Ethernet adapter Local Area Connection"
     
  8. Your computer's MAC address will be displayed next to "Physical Address"

     
  9. Record this number and input it into IP Request form
