My graduate experience taught me the fundamentals of good research: how to analyze a problem, identify potential solutions, and examine the feasibility of each one. Luckily, I had an advisor who was patient and allowed me to learn from each phase of this process. I was able to experience the frustration of failure as well as the joy of success in my research. I think these emotions are important for when we leave the institution and establish our own research directions.

The major strength of the graduate program at Georgia Tech is the faculty, who have a broad range of research experiences and are willing to help you with your particular problem. I would rate the overall graduate program at Georgia Tech as top notch.
