Connecting to Printers with Windows 2000/98/95:
First, bring up the Printers window by clicking on the 'Start' button in the lower left hand corner of your screen. In the Start Menu, choose 'Settings' and click on 'Printers.' Once the Printers window has loaded, double-click the 'Add Printer' icon. You will see icons similar to the ones below.
Double click on "Add Printer."
The Add Printer Wizard will appear,just click the Next button.
Choose 'Network printer' and click the 'Next' button again.
This brings up the Locate Your Printer window. If you know the exact name of the printer that
you are looking for, type it in Name box. If you are not sure, just click Next to browse
through all of the printers that are on our ME network.
It will usually take a minute to load up all of the printers that are on our network.
Once the printers are up, you can scroll through the list of them and click on the one that
you need.
Click Next when you have picked the one that you need.
Select the checkbox if you want to make the newly added printer your default printer.
Click Finish.
