Computer Purchases
There are two methods that can be used to Purchase Computers. Please choose one of the options below:
- Dell Ordering
Procedures
- For single computers $3,000 or over or for
multiple computers totaling $5,000 or more
- P-Card Ordering

for single computer $2,999 or less, or multiple
computers less than $2,999 each and a maximum total
of $4,999 or less
Note: For Servers or Unix Workstation orders totaling
over
$10,000 or for PC orders of $100,000, Electronic Data Processing
(EDP) forms must also be submitted to and approved by OIT before
