GT Motorsports with Car 4 placed 31st out of 131 entrants from around the world. On track for a top-10 finish, an electrical fault prevented the team from finishing the all-important endurance event, yielding the final standing. Nonetheless, this year's competition was one of the best executed, in that the team was never under time pressures.
The conditions this year were the worst we've seen in years, with rain just about every day. The autocross event even had to be suspended in order to clear the area and take shelter during a severe storm with a tornado warning.
