My consulting career requires a great deal of versatility. I have to get up to speed quickly on applications that are new to me and develop practical solutions to a variety of engineering problems. At Georgia Tech, I reinforced my knowledge of engineering fundamentals and developed research and creative problem solving skills that greatly enhance my ability to effectively perform my job.
I enrolled in the Woodruff School because it is one of the top mechanical engineering programs in the country and because the faculty and administration actively facilitate student achievement. There are a wide variety of course offerings that allow students to personalize plans of study and strong industrial ties lend practicality to research. During my time at Georgia Tech, I most valued friendly discussions with faculty and fellow graduate students who provided a positive environment for academic and professional development.
